Carotti Ice is an established company, situated near Florence in Italy, specialized in the industrial and commercial refrigeration sector. Founded in 1960, its productivity increased, and from 1988 Carotti Ice added to its production a complete range of Automatic Ice Makers. In 2001 a new machine has entered the production line, the Ice Crush, an essential element for bartenders.
