The On-Site Medical Waste Treatment Solution. The waste to be processed is introduced in the machine. The waste is mechanically shredded inside the treatment tank. The automatic treatment cycle injects saturated steam from the built in steam generator reaching a Temperature above 135° C at 3, 2 bar Pressure during 20 minutes. The waste unloading door opens expelling the processed solid waste into a collection container. The processed liquid waste, already treated, is filtered and cooled before evacuated through the liquid drain.
The operator touch-screen informs through all the process about the different steps of the cycle, reflecting the Temperature, Pressure and time values of the treatment process. The cycle parameters are printed in paper, as well as data of the cycles performed are registered in an internal memory log
